FR 18-2 I-NS-K4 is part of Sensopart's modular vision sensor series. The FR 18-2 I-NS-K4 is a rugged, miniature vision sensor with an incorporated camera, lighting, and vision algorithms, enabling the user to detect, measure, and analyze visual features and objects on a moving or stationary surface. The vision sensor is designed to be used in industrial applications and can measure up to 5 m/s, while only requiring a 12/24 VDC supply voltage. The camera’s resolution is 5 Megapixels, which is capable of working with images up to 4K resolution. The vision algorithms are customizable and offer a wide range of options, like contrast edges, color contrast, texture, color texture, blobs, and others. Additionally, the module features a robust IP67 housing that protects it in harsh industrial environments and can work in any lighting condition.
