The SDB2F3 is a two-channel, low-dropout (LDO) DC-DC converter that is manufactured by Shouding and is compliant with the Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) directive. This converter is packaged in a small, SOT-23-5 form factor and is ideal for powering small consumer electronics, such as cell phones and portable media players. The device features a low-voltage enable input that can be used to achieve very low power consumption in stop and sleep states. It has high- and low-side N-Channel MOSFET drivers built in, with a maximum switching frequency of up to 3 MHz. The converter provides a constant output current of up to 150 mA and operates with an input voltage range of 2.8 V to 14 V. It also features short-circuit protection, overcurrent protection, and thermal shutdown.
