The 6EP1457-3BA00 is a SITOP Power Supply DC/DC converter from Siemens. It is a 24V DC to a 24V DC output voltage converter with a rated output of 4 amps. It has an adjustable output voltage range of between 0 and 24V and is intended for use in a wide variety of 24V DC applications. It has a very high efficiency rate of up to 93% and requires very little input current due to its integrated high efficiency switch mode power supply topology. The 6EP1457-3BA00 also features wide input and output voltage range, overload protection, short circuit protection, and thermal protection for safety and efficiency. This device also features low acoustical noise which offers low electromagnetic interference (EMI) compliance, making it ideal for use in projects with sensitive audio or data applications. It is well suited for use in general industrial and building automation applications.
