Microelectronics The SD6904STR is a SOP-7-225-1.27 packaged LED driver developed by Silan Microelectronics. It is RoHS compliant and can deliver a constant current from 25 mA up to 500 mA, allowing users to easily set the current levels using two external resistors. It has built-in protection functions, such as output short circuit protection, thermal shutdown and under voltage lockout, so it can be used with high power LED applications securely. In addition, it is able to work with AC, DC-DC and multi-string applications and can act as a dimmable LED driver.
