SLG59M1446V SLG59M1446V Ultra-small Dual 40 m, 1.0 A Integrated Power Switch with Discharge General Description Pin Configuration The SLG59M1446V is designed for power switching applications. The part comes with two 40 m 1.0 A rated 1 8 D2 MOSFETs, each controlled by an ON control pin. Each S2 MOSFETs ramp rate is adjustable depending on the input current level of the ON pin. The product is packaged in an 2 7 ON2 GND ultra-small 1.6 x 1.0 mm package. Connect a 10 F (or larger) low ESR 1D2 MOSFET capacitor from this pin to GND. Capacitors used at D2 should be rated at 10 V or higher. A low-to-high transition on this pin closes the Channel 2 of power switch. ON is an assert- ed-HIGH, level-sensitive CMOS input with ON V < 0.3 V and ON V > 1.2 V. Connect IL IH INI this pin to the output of a general-purpose output (GPO) from a microcontroller or other 2 ON2 Input application processor. Connect a 10 F (or larger) low ESR 5S1 MOSFET capacitor from this pin to GND. Capacitors used at S1 should be rated at 10 V or higher. VDD supplies the power for the operation of the power switch and internal control circuitry 5.5 V. Bypass the VDD pin to GND with a 0.1 F (or larger) 6VDD PWR where its range is 2.5 V V DD capacitor. 7 GND GND Ground connection. Connect this pin to system analog or power ground plane.
