The C8051F864-C-GS is a part of Silicon Labs' 8051 family of microcontrollers. It has an 8-bit core, 4K of flash memory, 128 bytes of RAM, and a wide range of peripherals. It runs at up to 25 MHz and up to three I/O ports are available. It has an operating voltage range of 2.9 to 5.5 V, consuming only 6 mW of power. It has a wide range of features including a 10-bit A/D converter, a UART, SPI, and I2C interface, timers and counters, 10-bit analog comparator, watchdog timer and multiple clocks and oscillators. It is used mainly in embedded applications and is available in small form factor packages such as 20-pin SSOP, 20-pin PDIP, and 16-pin TSSOP.
