The Silicon Labs SI4010-C2-GTR is an RF Microcontroller – MCU SoC RF transmitter with 8051, designed to provide a low–power solution for wireless communication in the 868/900 MHz ISM band. It features a low–power 8051 core, toggling between active and power–save modes, making it suited for use in small applications such as remote keyless entry (RKE) and wireless home automation. It also features 64 KB of in-system programmable Flash memory, an on-chip oscillator, and up to 4 KB of RAM. Its integrated 2.34–2.52 GHz RF radio supports three output powers: -10 dBm, +7 dBm, and +14 dBm, and two data rate options: 20 and 40 kbps. It operates over the 2.4V–3.6V supply voltage range and comes in a 28-pin Hue SMD package.
