The SI8441AA-D-IS1 is a 4-channel, 1 kV digital isolator manufactured by Silicon Labs. It consists of 3 forward and 1 reverse isolators, providing voltage insulation and noise protection while allowing two different circuits to communicate with each other. The device is designed with low power consumption, fast turn-on and high ESD protection. It can work over a wide temperature range and features integrated over-temperature protection. The device is optimized for waveform transfers and communication between two separate circuits via I2C, SPI, asynchronous RS-485 or Custom protocols, and it is designed with a minimum data rate of 200 kbps.
