The SM3337PSQGC-TRG is an advanced, ultra-low on-resistance N-Channel power MOSFET manufactured by Sinopower. It has a Drain-Source Voltage rating of 30 V and a Continuous Drain Current rating of at least 9.4 A. It is housed in a surface-mount DFN3x3D-8_EP package, which is RoHS compliant.
