Additional Infomation About Product

The SSP61CN1902MR is a ROHS compliant SOT-23 monitor and reset circuit manufactured by Siproin. This integrated circuit is a low power protection/reset unit which can provide 3.3V or adjustable voltage reset and power on reset function with over-temperature protection. It consists of a voltage detection unit, a comparator and a timer configured as a one-shot for reset control. It also has a reset output delay time from about 2ms to about 20ms, providing a wide range of applications. The SSP61CN1902MR has a typical operating voltage of 3.3V with minimum/maximum rated voltage of 1.8V/5.5V. It is a very reliable device with an industry standard 50K cycles temperature cycling rating.
