Integrated over-current or Integrated Soft-Start over-temperature protection circuitry becomes active Over-Current Protection when overload or over-temperature fault occurs and the Over-Thermal Protection AAT2614 recovers automatically when the fault is TQFN33-20 and WLCSP-16 Packages removed.
