Its high linearity and efficiency Surface-mount (14-pin, 7 7 1.3 mm) package meet the extremely demanding needs of small-cell (MSL4, 260 C per JEDEC J-STD-020) infrastructure architectures. Designed for LTE, WCDMA, and HSDPA air interfaces operating in the 1.880 to 1.930 GHz band, the AWB7239 delivers up to +27 dBm of LTE (E-TM1.1) TM power with an ACPR of 47 dBc.
