The switch is an ideal choice for two-way radios, WiMAX, and WLAN applications where low loss, high isolation, and TM excellent linearity are key requirements. Skyworks Green products are compliant with all applicable legislation and are halogen-free. The switch is manufactured in a compact, 1.5 x 1.5 mm, 6-pin exposed pad plastic Micro Leadframe Package Dual (MLPD) For additional information, refer to Skyworks TM package.
