SKY67103-396LF Block Diagram High gain: 25 dB 0.85 GHz Description 20 dB 1.85 GHz The SKY67103-396LF low-noise amplifier (LNA) with an active 18.2 dB 2.6 GHz bias offers excellent return loss, low noise, and high linearity 16.5 dB 3.6 GHz performance. Low noise figure: The internal active bias circuitry provides stable performance over 0.5 dB 0.85 GHz temperature and process variation. The device offers the ability to 0.6 dB 1.85 GHz externally adjust supply current and gain.
