The SC8721QFER with DC-DC Converters QFN-21 RoHS is a power integrated circuit manufactured by Southchip. It is a three-channel step-down switching regulator converter, offering stable and regulated power outputs for electronic applications such as system logic control, network communications, and low-power MEMS devices. The device features an input voltage range of 2.5 V to 6.0 V, and offers three independent adjustable outputs (OP1: 0.6 V to 5.2 V; OP2: 0.6 V to 1.2 V; OP3: 0.6 V to 3.3 V). It has an integrated low-dropout (LDO) linear regulator, which offers an additional output of 1.2 V. The IC has high efficiency of up to 95%, supports pulse frequency modulation (PFM) and PWM continuous pulse modulation (PPM) modes, a low quiescent current consumption, and an internal 150 mA power switches with 55V gate driving voltage capability for each output. It comes packaged in a space-saving QFN-21 RoHS lead-free package.
