The SC8815QDER with DC-DC Converters QFN-32 RoHS is an electronic part manufactured by Southchip. This part is a high efficiency, nonisolated synchronous buck regulator that operates from a stepped-down input voltage. The device operates from a 4.5V to 14V input voltage range and provides up to 2.5A of output current. It features low shutdown current, high efficiency, low ripple, and short-circuit protection.
