flux
Stannol flux 810863 is a no-clean Aler flux designed for soldering with wrap-around wave soldering. It is composed of a combination of halides, carboxylic acids, and metals with a solidus of approximately 83°C. Its fast wetting properties allow for quick heat absorption, resulting in minimal oxidation and improved electrical properties. It has been optimized for soldering in wrap-around and reflow waves, allowing for fast and efficient soldering for electronic assemblies. Its low solidus makes it suitable for use on a range of surfaces including copper, tin and lead, as well as other common electronics substrates such as FR4, flame retardant and rigid-flex. It is also an excellent choice for soldering blades, terminals and connectors. Additionally, 810863 has no-clean properties, meaning that it does not require removal or cleaning after soldering and therefore reduces labor cost.
