This particular product is the 810910 model, which is designed for fine pitch applications and high-end electrical and electronic manufacturing. It is a lead-free, halogen-free, no-clean solder paste that is free of silver and has no corrosive effects. The 810910 paste has a higher tack strength compared to other products, allowing for a stronger bond between two metals when soldering.
