RMA conformal coating
Stannol RMA conformal coating is a flexible conformal coating for electronic assemblies that provide a range of dielectric, mechanical, and corrosion protection. It is resistant to water, many common chemicals, and temperature extremes. It provides excellent protection against shock and vibration and offers good electrical insulation, adhesion, and low outgassing. The 810798 part of Stannol RMA conformal coating is a clear, fast cure, 1 mm coating that is designed to protect circuit boards and other sensitive components from moisture, dust and corrosive gases. It is self-leveling, giving it a flat, even finish and has good electrical insulation properties. It has an indefinite shelf life and can be stored in temperatures as low as -60ºC and as high as +150ºC. It has good adhesion to most substrates, including plastics, PCBs, and metals, and complies with MIL-I-46058C.
