The STC12C5608AD-35I is an 8-bit single-chip microcontroller that is manufactured by STC (also known as Shenzhen Sangan Technology Co.). It is housed in a 32-pin low profile quad flat pack (LQFP) with 7x7x08P pin-out and is manufactured with RoHS compliance. The STC12C5608AD-35I includes a powerful 8051 CPU core, 128K Bytes of Flash memory, 1KByte of RAM, an in-system Flash reprogrammable enhanced function unit (EFU) capable of parallel/serial Flash memory programming, and two full-duplex enhanced UARTs. Other features include: programmable watchdog timer (WDT), programmable SPD up to 48 MHz, AD converter, timer/counters, interrupt controller, 6 signal pointers, power saving modes, and in-system PLL for system clock adjustment. All peripherals are fully programmable, supporting multiple input/output configurations and can be used to interface to other analog and digital peripherals.
