It DS(on) contains 2 independent galvanic isolated voltage I = 0.7 A (per channel) OUT domains (V for the power stage and V for the CC DD V = 45 V CC digital stage). Additional embedded functions are: Parallel input interface loss of GND protection, undervoltage shutdown with hysteresis, and reset function for immediate Direct and synchronous control mode power output shutdown. High common mode transient immunity IC is intended to drive any kind of load with one Short-circuit protection side connected to ground. Active channel current Channel overtemperature protection limitation combined with thermal shutdown, (independent for each channel), and automatic Thermal independence of separate channels restart, protect the device against overload and Common output disable pin short-circuit. In overload conditions, if junction Case overtemperature protection temperature overtakes threshold, the channel involved is turned off and on again automatically Loss of GND and V protection CC CC after the IC temperature decreases below a reset Undervoltage shutdown with auto-restart and threshold. If this condition causes case hysteresis temperature to reach TCR limit threshold, the Overvoltage protection (V clamping) CC overloaded channel is turned off and it only restarts when case and junction temperature Very low supply current decrease down to the reset thresholds. Non- Common fault open-drain output overloaded channels continue operating normally. 5 V and 3.3 V TTL/CMOS compatible I/Os An internal circuit provides an OR-wired non- latched common FAULT indicator signaling the Fast demagnetization of inductive loads channel OVT. The FAULT pin is an open-drain Reset function for IC output disable active low fault indication pin.
