It DS(on) contains 2 independent galvanic isolated voltage I = 0.7 A (per channel) OUT domains (V for the power stage and V for the CC DD V = 45 V CC digital stage). If this condition causes case hysteresis temperature to reach TCR limit threshold, the Overvoltage protection (V clamping) CC overloaded channel is turned off and it only restarts when case and junction temperature Very low supply current decrease down to the reset thresholds. Non- Common fault open-drain output overloaded channels continue operating normally. 5 V and 3.3 V TTL/CMOS compatible I/Os An internal circuit provides an OR-wired non- latched common FAULT indicator signaling the Fast demagnetization of inductive loads channel OVT. The FAULT pin is an open-drain Reset function for IC output disable active low fault indication pin.
