The LDK320M-R is a voltage regulator manufactured by STMicroelectronics and is designed for high-performance applications. It is a low dropout (LDO) voltage regulator with a 200 mA maximum output current and a high power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) of up to 70 dB. The LDK320M-R has a quiescent current of 1.2 mA, one of the lowest in the industry, and it provides excellent line and load transient performance. The LDK320M-R is a monolithic integrated circuit with on-chip adjustments allowing for precise output voltage trimming and external parts count optimization. It operates over a wide input voltage range of 3 V to 32 V and provides high ripple rejection for both low and high frequency noise. This makes it suitable for a wide range of filtering and post-regulation applications, such as DC-DC converters, portable battery-powered devices, and automotive applications.
