The LIS2DH12TR is a three-axis digital accelerometer manufactured by STMicroelectronics. It is designed to measure linear acceleration in the range of ±2g, 4g, 8g, and 16g, with an output data rate of 0.5Hz to 672Hz. It is packaged in a 2x2 12-LGA (Land Grid Array) package and is ideal for applications such as environment monitoring, motion detection, and other low-power consumer applications. The device features a range of power-saving features, including a stand-by mode with consumption down to 5 µA, a sleep mode with just 1 µA consumption, and an ultra-low power mode (down to 5 µA). Additionally, the device has an integrated FIFO buffer which can store up to four independent samples of acceleration data. The device also includes integrated temperature and interrupt functionality. Its temperature accuracy is ±1.5°C (over-temperature detection only). The LIS2DH12TR is RoHS compliant and is suitable for use in a wide range of automotive, consumer, and industrial applications.
