The LIS2DTW12TR is a dual MEMS motion and temperature sensor from STMicroelectronics with digital output. It features a 3-axis, low-power linear accelerometer with a sensing range of ±2g, ±4g, and ±8g. It also includes a temperature sensor, with a sensing temperature range of -40°C to +85°C for operation or -55°C to +125°C for sensing. It is designed to detect movements such as motion, shake, tap, orientation, double click, free fall, and directional tilt. It is suitable for many applications including mobile and consumer electronics, gaming, industrial, and IoT designs. It is equipped with an ultra-low power embedded functions, and it offers an autonomously 6D orientation recognition. It also supports integrated Wake-up and Free-fall functionality.
