The LM193N is a single high-speed, low-power and low-voltage dual-voltage supervisory device, designed to monitor two supplies of up to 5.5V, developed by STMicroelectronics. It features two voltage detectors, one with selectable trip points of 4.63V, 4.09V, 2.60V and 1.35V and another with the trip points of 4.09V, 2.60V, 1.35V and 0.85V.The device also features a watchdog timer with a timeout period of up to 120 seconds, manual reset, low supply current and active-low reset outputs. Its wide operating range and low active supply current make it ideal for cost-sensitive, low-power applications in automotive, industrial, consumer, and communication systems.
