ST1S14 Up to 3 A step-down switching regulator Datasheet - production data Applications Factory automation Printers DC-DC modules +623 H SRVHG SDG HSOP8 - exposed pad High current LED drivers Features Description The ST1S14 is a step-down monolithic power 3 A DC output current switching regulator able to deliver up to 3 A DC Operating input voltage from 5.5 V to 48 V current to the load depending on the application 850 kHz internally fixed switching frequency conditions. The high current level is also achieved thanks to a HSOP8 package with exposed frame, Internal soft-start that allows to reduce the R down to th(JA) Power good open collector output approximately 40 C/W. The output voltage can Current mode architecture be set from 1.22 V. The device uses an internal N- channel DMOS transistor (with a typical R of Embedded compensation network DS(on) 200 m) as the switching element to minimize the Zero load current operation size of the external components.
