The STM32L073V8T6 is a low-power, high-integration ARM Cortex-M0+ Microcontroller Unit (MCU) from STMicroelectronics. It is powered by an ARM Cortex-M0+ processor at 32 MHz and features a total of 64 Kbytes of Flash and 8 Kbytes of RAM for code and data storage. The MCU also integrates an LCD display controller, a USB controller, advanced analog peripherals, encoders, timers and communication peripherals, as well as advanced security features, such as advanced encryption standard (AES) and random number generator (RNG) for secure personal authentication. It also incorporates an on-chip voltage reference, 1.8-V voltage regulator, factory-programmed unique device identifier (UID) and USB pull-up resistor, for a complete battery powered application.
