They can operate with a supply voltage ranging from 1.6 V to 5 V with a typical current consumption as low as 20 A. In addition, rail-to-rail inputs make them a perfect choice for DFN8 2x2 SO8 MiniSO8 low-voltage applications. Their availability in tiny packages is a real TS334 (quad) advantage for overcoming space constraints. The TS33x are specified for temperatures between -40 C to +125 C, making them ideal for a wide range of applications.
