Additional Infomation About Product

The VIPER15HDTR is a full-featured high-side and low-side pre-driver IC from STMicroelectronics. It is designed specifically for use in motors, solenoids, relays, and other inductive loads. The device features a dual-in-line package with two output channels, allowing for separate control of high-side and low-side devices. It has a maximum output current of 15A and can operate from a supply voltage as low as 4.5V up to 55V. It also includes a number of additional features, such as over-temperature protection, thermal shutdown protection, and a programmable switching frequency up to 1MHz.
