INTERNALLY TRIMMED ZENER REFERENCE Typical applications cover offline power supplies with a secondary power capability of 25W in wide UNDERVOLTAGE LOCK-OUT WITH range condition and 50W in single range or with HYSTERESIS doubler configuration. It is compatible from both INTEGRATED START-UP SUPPLY primary or secondary regulation loop despite OVER-TEMPERATURE PROTECTION using around 50% less components when compared with a discrete solution. Burst mode LOW STAND-BY CURRENT operation is an additional feature of this device, ADJUSTABLE CURRENT LIMITATION offering the ability to operate in stand-by mode without extra components.
