The HER108 with DO-41 Diodes is a Fast Recovery Rectifier manufactured by SUNMATE that has been designed to meet the requirements of ROHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances). These rectifiers feature an extended junction temperature range of -65°C to +175°C, are suitable for high frequency switching and free wheeling applications, and feature low forward voltage drop and soft recovery characteristics. This component is a 600V/8A type fast recovery rectifier diode, with a compact DO-41 axial package. This part is used in a wide variety of applications, including power supplies, polarity protection, inverters, and motor control systems.
