Taiwan Semiconductor's RS1K is a series of low power, feature-rich, low-cost 32-bit microcontrollers built with ARM Cortex-M0+ processor cores. These MCUs are ideal for applications that require low cost, ultra-low power performance and connectivity, such as IoT, automotive, industrial control and medical products. The RS1K series includes 3 different microcontroller product categories, those with integrated LCD conversion and audio codec, and 4 different processor cores with clock speeds up to 80MHz, up to 4MB of on-chip SPI Flash memory, and a wide selection of peripherals for a variety of end use needs. The RS1K also features low power operation, low EMI and excellent real-time performance.
