Additional Infomation About Product

The B88069X1490S102 is a Gas Discharge Tube (GDT) / Gas Plasma Arrestor A81-A500X manufactured by TDK. This GDT is designed to provide reliable protection in circuits against transients caused by lightning, power cross and switching surges. It is available in a standard 1490S type 2-pin package with an insulation rating of up to 50VDC, and has a maximum peak current rating of 1500A and maximum clamping voltage rating of 400V. The GDTs are dust-tight and sealed with an epoxy resin to provide an IP67 level of protection from water, dust, and other contaminants. They are suitable for use in a wide variety of applications, including EMC/EMI protection, lightning protection, surge protection, and high-speed data line EFT protection.
