The PMV32UP SOT-23 MOSFET is a RoHS-compliant component manufactured by TECH PUBLIC. It is a three-terminal, vertical, low-profile metal oxide semiconductor field effect transistor (MOSFET). The device can be used as a linear switch in applications such as low voltage power switch, lightning protection, load switch, and anti-reverse circuitry, to control current or voltage flow.
