Rev. A (05/18) Page 1 of 2 Licron Crystal ESD-Safe Coating Product 1756 Product Description Licron Crystal is a revolutionary and innovative concept in permanent static dissipative coatings. It provides excellent adhesion to metals, glass, plastics, paints and most other surfaces. Licron Crystal operates from 0-100% humidity. The cured coating is durable, 7 9 will not chip and maintains 10 -10 ohms resistivity. Licron Crystal is crystal clear, unlike other static dissipative coatings (including the original Licron) that are translucent. Licron Crystal can be sprayed using standard spray guns or paint systems (test compatibility on seals and other plastic or rubber components). As long as the coat is smooth and even, the finish is absolutely clear and glossy. A grounding wire can then be attached Typical Product Data and Physical Properties (i.e. by conductive adhesive) similar to an ESD floor. Can and surface should be at room temperature. Shake can vigorously prior to spraying and re-shake occasionally during extended applications. Hold can 8-10 inches from surface. One to two light passes results in a clear coat within the resistivity range. Heavy application or spraying when humidity is over 50% RH may result in hazy coat. Allow to dry 24 hours at room temperature (70F/21C) for full cure. Accelerate cure by placing in oven at 120-150F for 1-2 hours. To ensure material compatibility, test on inconspicuous area before general use. 800-858-4043 www.techspray.com Rev.
