17 47 17 AND 47 UltraStable SPECIFICATIONS PC Board Mountable Pressure Sensor 0-100 mV Output Current Excitation Gage and Absolute Temperature Compensated FEATURES The 17 and 47 UltraStable are high performance, TO-8 Package temperature compensated, piezoresistive silicon pressure -20C to +85C Compensated sensors packaged in a TO-8 configuration. It uses Measurement Temperature Range Specialties proprietary UltraStable die to provide excellent 0.1% Non-Linearity performance and long-term stability over wide temperatures. 1.0% Interchangeable Span Gage and absolute pressure ranges from 0-15 to 0-250 (provided by gain set resistor) psi are available. Integral temperature compensation is provided Solid State Reliability over a range of -20C to +85C using laser-trimmed resistors. An additional laser-trimmed resistor is included to normalize pressure sensitivity variations by programming the gain of an APPLICATIONS external differential amplifier. This provides sensitivity Medical Instruments interchangeability of 1%.
