The CC2541F256RHAR is a radio frequency system on a chip (SoC) 2.4 GHz Bluetooth low energy and PropSoC manufactured by Texas Instruments. This SoC is based on a carefully designed system-on-chip (SoC) architecture that integrates a fully-featured and programmable Bluetooth core, RF front-end and analog baseband as well as on-chip memory and peripherals. This SoC is specifically aimed at low-power, short-range wireless systems in which designers require the size, cost, and power efficiencies of a single-chip Bluetooth solution. The CC2541F256RHAR is one of the lowest power single-mode Bluetooth solutions available and supports all Bluetooth versions 4.0, 4.1, 4.2 and 5.0. This SoC has an integrated RF power amplifier, crystal oscillator and low-noise amplifier.
