Additional Infomation About Product

The SN74LS245N is an octal bus transceiver manufactured by Texas Instruments. It has 8 bus lines in each direction, and is designed to provide high-speed bi-directional data transfer between two buses. It features two sets of control inputs, an active low output enable (OE) and an active low direction control (DIR). Its 3-state outputs allow it to be enabled or disabled without having to explicitly control individual output lines. The SN74LS245N is made with CMOS technology, and has a low quiescent current, making it suitable for low power applications. It has a wide power supply range of 2.7V to 6V, and features a TTL/CMOS-compatible logic levels. The device is available in 3 packages: a 14-pin narrow SOIC, a 20-pin plastic DIP, and a 20-pin narrow SOIC.
