Additional Infomation About Product

The TPS22990DMLT is an integrated power switch IC manufactured by Texas Instruments. It is designed for 5.5V, 10A load switching applications by providing low on-resistance (RON) and over temperature protection (OTP) features. The TPS22990DMLT has a 1.5uA low quiescent current, which allows for a low power standby mode. Its low quiescent current and maximum internal current limit of 10A make it a suitable power distribution switch for a range of applications. It also features a programmable over-temperature protection (OTP), which allows the IC to shutdown in the event of excessive thermal conditions. This feature makes it an ideal choice for high-power loads. Additionally, its advanced linear and superior dynamic performance makes it suitable for a wide variety of power distribution applications.
