Additional Infomation About Product

The TPS54622RHLR is a DC-DC step-down adjustable converter manufactured by Texas Instruments. It has a voltage range of 1.4 - 17V and a step down voltage of 0.6V - 15V. It also has an output current of 6A and is packaged in a QFN-14 RoHS-compliant form factor. The device features integrated high-side and low-side MOSFETs, as well as integrated 4-phase Current-Mode control PWM controller, which allow it to provide high efficiency and power density. Additionally, the device is designed to operate at high frequencies (up to 7MHz) and provides precise output voltage by using 1.5% core voltage reference and quartz oscillator. It also has integrated loop compensation and is equipped with an integrated Over Temperature Protection (OTP) system.
