The TPS62745DSSR is a 300mA, ultra-low quiescent current, step-down converter with VSEL (Voltage Scaled Enabled Logic) and input voltage switch from Texas Instruments. This versatile switching voltage regulator is designed to operate with input voltages ranging from 3.3V to 10V, and supports adjustable output voltage as low as 0.6V. It features a 12-WSON package, which stands for thermally enhanced leaded or Wettable Surface-Mounted Transistor package, allowing the TPS62745DSSR to operate in temperature extremes from -40 to 125°C. The device features an ultra-low quiescent current (4uA), making it an excellent choice for low power, battery-powered applications. The TPS62745DSSR also features adjustable switching frequency up to 2MHz, as well as an integrated logic enable pin for efficient power management. Furthermore, it also has an integrated fixed-frequency oscillator and high-accuracy reference voltage for tight output voltage regulation, as well as over-current, over-temperature, and drop-out protection.
