The STI3508 with SOT-23-6 DC-DC Converters ROHS package is manufactured by TMI. It is a cost-effective, high-efficiency, step-down DC/DC converter with a wide 4.5V to 24V input voltage range. It offers up to 2A output current with a fixed 3.3V output voltage. The device consists of an internal power switch, on-board inductor, and internal compensation network, all combined into a 6-pin SOT-23-6 package, making it suitable for space-constrained applications. In addition, it offers excellent load and line regulation, low-noise and ripple, over-current protection (OCP), over-temperature protection (OTP), as well as short-circuit protection (SCP) for reliable operation. The STI3508 also features high efficiency and includes an enable pin for additional flexibility. The device is RoHS compliant, making it a suitable choice for automotive and industrial applications.
