The STI3508C with SOT-23-6 DC-DC Converter from TMI is a highly integrated, low voltage, non-isolated switching step-down regulator in a 6-pin SOT-23-6 package. It is a compact DC/DC regulator with high efficiency and low noise output, ideal for applications including mobile and battery powered devices, consumer electronics, automotive and industrial equipment. The STI3508C ROHS is designed to provide a regulated power supply from input voltages up to 24V and output voltage adjustable from 0.8V to as low as 0.6V. It features internal over-current protection, over temperature/short-circuit protection, and soft-start function. Additionally, it features low operating current of only 74uA, and a high peak efficiency of up to 98%.
