The XC6127C24BMR-G is an ultra-small voltage detector with high precision and manual reset function made by Torex Semiconductor. It is a CMOS-based supervisory device which features 6V to 24V operating voltage range. The device operates in single-power supply configurations with automatic reset detection. The XC6127C24BMR-G provides accurate trip thresholds of 2V to 8V and 4V to 16V with 0.4V accuracy and offers a reset output delay time of 0.3sec. The device also features current consumption of 1.8µA, low voltage drop of 0.12V, operating temperature range between -40°C to +85°C, and short-circuit feature. It is suitable for use in FPGA devices, DSP, Microcontrollers, and multiplexers. It features manual reset and deep sleep modes on power supply down.
