The XC9140A301MR-G is a switching voltage regulator PFM step-up synchronous DCDC converter manufactured by Torex Semiconductor. It is a highly efficient, low-noise switching regulator with multiple output versions that offer features such as 1.9V to 5.5V inputs, high efficiency (up to 95%) and low noise operation (down to 20dB). The XC9140A301MR-G is designed for battery-operated electronic systems and portable equipment, such as mobile phones, PDAs and e-books, where power efficiency and low noise are critical. The device also significantly reduces electromagnetic interference (EMI) with an integrated spread-spectrum clock generator.
