The TLP628(GB-SZ,F) Optocoupler manufactured by Toshiba is a 4-pin Dual-Channel Isolation Verification DIP Optocoupler. It has a very wide common-mode transient immunity of 3000VRMS and a high CTR (Current Transfer Ratio) of 500% min. It is designed to provide excellent insulation between input and output, and is RoHS compliant. It features a CTR flatness of 10%, a very low forward current of 0.5mA max, and a very low output saturation voltage of 0.4V max.
