The TLP785(D4-GR.F) is an optically coupled isolator manufactured by Toshiba, containing a gallium arsenide LED as the light emitting device, connected to an integrated detector formed by a photodarlington in a plastic package. It is compounded with a Faraday shield method and provides isolation voltage up to 5,000 Vrms. Its isolation capacitance is low, reaching 2.0pF (at 1 MHz) and its noise transfer coefficient is high, up to 45dB (typ. at 100kHz). It is suitable for a variety of applications, including power supplies, inverters, DC/DC converters and automotive systems.
