TP4110 TPOWER

The TP4110 integrated circuit with PMIC (Power Management Integrated Circuit) provides a comprehensive battery management solution for Li-ion/Li-polymer battery packs in portable products. This TP4110 SOP-16 IC has built-in 4A protection MOSFET, one or two cell Li-ion/Li-polymer battery charger, 10 bits ADC for voltage detection, 2 LDO regulators and series protection functions. The integrated circuit and the main functions include over voltage protection, over current protection, temperature protection, battery short detection, battery open detection, NTC monitor, power off reset and load switch control. Additionally, the TP4110’s internal current source supplies an accurate and stable charge. The TP4110 complies with RoHS regulations and supports battery pack design with single cell or two cells alternating cell configuration. This device also has an efficient 4A external FET for protection from both high and low voltage or over current situations.
