The 2N6845 is a discrete N-Channel MOSFET transistor (metal oxide semiconductor field-effect transistor) from TT Electronics, which is designed for general purpose switching and amplifier applications. This transistor is constructed of two N-Channel Enhancement mode MOSFET's in a single, low profile surface mount package. Its low on-resistance and very low input capacitance, plus low gate charge and low threshold voltage make it suitable for high speed switching and high frequency operations. It is offered in a lead-free, RoHS compliant, surface mount package for use in a wide range of consumer, industrial and automotive devices.
