The TPA65R300MFD with TO-220F-3 MOSFETs ROHS manufactured by UNIGROUP is an intelligent power module with a fixed-on time FE control, low on-state resistance and high temperature operational capability. It is designed for high current, high frequency switching applications up to 250kHz. It is a 600V rated MOSFET with a low thermal resistance in a standard TO-220F-3 package, with a maximum operating temperature of +150°C. The pack is compliant with EU RoHS and REACH directives and it is halogen-free. It provides soft switching performance, allowing the user to program PW, on-time and off-time off the duty cycle. The part has an integrated gate driver, current sensing resistor, thermal protection and an off-current protection circuit, providing an efficient and economical solution for DC-DC converters and motor drives.
